Transfer payment to switch

Purpose: Simulate the first leg of an inbound payment: BANCNET forwarding a pacs.008 from the OFI to the switch.
Definition: This simulates the inbound payment leg, where BANCNET receives a pacs.008 from the OFI (Originating Financial Institution) and forwards it to the switch.
